Systems Administrator / Telecommunications Architect (m/f)
KION Information Management Services GmbH (KIM) is a 100% subsidiary of KION Group GmbH, based in Wiesbaden (Germany). KIM has employees in Hamburg, Aschaffenburg, Reutlingen and Wiesbaden. As an internal service provider, KIM renders IT services to various companies of the KION Group.
To support the KIM LAN & Communications department in Aschaffenburg, KIM is looking to employ a Systems Administrator / Telecommunications Architect (m/f) at the earliest opportunity.
Your Duties
In the areas of landline and mobile telephony and in all matters of (tele)communications:
- Plan, support, design and organise the roll-out and further development of telco systems
- Components and services within the general context of the KION Group International
- Obtain quotations for components and services
- Deal with procurement workflow processes
- Provide user support and evaluate and solve incidents
- Communicate and coordinate with internal helpdesk and with partners and suppliers
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of the relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications and voice over IP
- Good knowledge of IT network technology (preferably CISCO)
- Excellent knowledge of Siemens HiPath 4000
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Reliable and goal-focused in your work
- Clear service and customer focus
- Must enjoy working in a team
