Test and Delivery Manager (m/f)

KION Information Management Services GmbH (KIM) is a 100% subsidiary of KION Group GmbH, based in Wiesbaden (Germany). KIM has employees in Hamburg, Aschaffenburg, Reutlingen and Wiesbaden. As an internal service provider, KIM renders IT services to various companies of the KION Group.

As part of our international process harmonisation and IT standardisation projects we are seeking to continue the professionalisation and automation of our methods and tools for the management of our complex process and system landscape. This will involve the expansion of our company in Hamburg and we are therefore looking to employ you as a Test and Delivery Manager (m/f) at the earliest opportunity.

Your Duties

• Design and realisation of a Group-wide tool-supported test methodology (especially for SAP R/3), based on HP Mercury (QC/QTP).
• Universal test coordination within an international SAP project. Specification and review of functional and technical SAP tests.
• Automation of tests for the core business processes of our brands.
• Creation of universal processes, standards and templates for the functional areas of development, testing, migration, cut-over and training.
• Definition and quality assurance of offshore processes.

Your Profile

• Degree with relevance to this function (in IT, information systems, business management with focus on information systems) or similar educational background In-depth knowledge of software development: methods, procedures, architectures, databases and tools.
• Experience with the test tool HP Mercury and SAP R/3.
• Wide-ranging background knowledge of test models and methodologies (in theory and practice).
• Fundamental understanding of business management processes and of mapping the same in IT systems.
• Responsibility, initiative and a systematic, solution-focused mindset. Interest in cross-divisional coordination and project work.
• Excellent knowledge of German and English.
• Must enjoy working in a team.
