Executive Board

The tasks of the executives of the KION Group GmbH include the strategic company management and the coordination of the operative units.

This means that their responsibility ranges from the specification of strategic targets and budget agreements, through risk management to investment decisions aimed at achieving the sustained rise in value of the Group.

In the control of Group-wide issues, the Executive Board is supported by a Senior Management Committee, which the chairs of the Management Boards of the brands are also part of.
