Organizational Structure
The KION Group is subject to the provisions of German law. The main headquarters of the internationally active company is in Wiesbaden, Germany.
With the institutions of the Shareholders’ Meeting, the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board, the KION Group has a tripartite management structure. The Group’s businesses are administered independently by the Executive Board.
When exercising its duties, the Executive Board is monitored and advised by the Supervisory Board, which is chosen by equal right of co-determination. Fundamental decisions are reserved for the Shareholders’ Meeting.
The Executive Board and Supervisory Board are committed to the interests and well-being of the company, its customers, employees and owners.
