KION CFO Harald Pinger to join STILL's Management Board

Wiesbaden / Hamburg, September 11, 2008: Harald Pinger (48) has been appointed to the Management Board of STILL GmbH with effect from September 15, 2008. He will perform this function in addition to his responsibilities as CFO of KION Group GmbH and on STILL's Management Board will be in charge of finance and human resources. He replaces Dr. Lorenz Zwingmann who, after a highly successful five years at STILL, will be leaving at his own request on October 15 in order to pursue new career challenges outside the company.
