As the driving force behind digitalization within KION Group, we are looking for a

Digital Transformation Manager (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrating various streams of the Digital Campus Academy
  • Designing and implementing state of the art on-site and virtual trainings in the field of new way of work (e.g. design thinking, agile development, lean-start-up) that scale globally across all our Operating Units
  • Facilitating trainings as well as building up and leading a team of Digital Campus Academy trainers
  • Representing the Digital Campus Academy at internal and external events
  • Taking responsibility for top management communication and C-Level reporting
  • Screening and monitoring the latest trends in the field of new work and life-long learning
  • Shaping the strategic course of the Digital Campus Academy as a substantial part of the KION group-wide digital transformation

Your Profile:

  • A good to very good business, economic or technical degree from a renowned university
  • At least several years of professional experience in the fields of strategy, digital transformation or skillset development
  • Extensive practical experience in several of the following fields: Design thinking, Agile development, Lean start-up, Customer centric approaches, Business model design
  • Experience in the following areas appreciated: strategy consulting or Innovation Labs/Accelerator Programs/ Digital Campus (or similar) of other companies
  • Ability to communicate confidently in an international environment and across all hierarchy levels in German and English
  • Confident use of the MS Office suite, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and project planning tools
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Strong moderation skills and expertise of the digital world
  • Team player and passionate networker with a real hands-on mentality
  • Flexibility, creativity as well as fast and structured approach when executing tasks
