As the driving force behind digitalization in our headquarters in Frankfurt/Main we are looking for a

Digital Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinating project management and taking care of organizational matters for a range of comprehensive flagship projects relating to digitalization every step of the way – from coming up with concepts to scaling
  • Working with an interdisciplinary team to come up with features, user stories, and processes
  • Helping to develop digitalization products involving the cloud, machine learning, IoT, and so on
  • Taking responsibility for and monitoring internal and external communications with stakeholders
  • Reporting, controlling, and monitoring projects on an ongoing basis
  • Planning and running test scenarios
  • Continually improving internal and external processes with a clear focus on effectiveness, agility, and compliance

Your profile:

  • A business or technical degree
  • Good knowledge of the digital world
  • Excellent scheduling, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Practical experience in using traditional and agile project management methods
  • Confident use of the MS Office suite, Microsoft SharePoint, and project planning tools
  • Experience in one of the following areas: Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, or Lean
  • A structured way of working and a real hands-on approach
  • Ability to communicate confidently in an international environment – in both German and English
  • Passion for working with others and leading (international) teams on the technical side
  • Willingness to travel, sometimes overseas, for work relating to a project
  • Team spirit and an ability to build and maintain relationships and networks
  • Confidence in dealing and engaging with all hierarchy levels
  • Drive to achieve excellent results

You will also ideally have some knowledge of B2B dealings and technical products as well as some initial international experience.
