For our Corporate Compliance Department at our headquarters in Frankfurt, we are looking to fill the position of

Compliance Advisor (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Chief Compliance Officer, particularly in implementing projects to develop the KION Group’s Compliance Management Systems
  • Developing and implementing compliance training, both nationally and internationally
  • Optimizing and developing e-learning compliance programs
  • Advising employees on issues relating to compliance (legal risks, interpretation of the KION Group Code of Compliance as well as relevant internal guidelines, recommendations for action)
  • Implementing compliance risk assessments
  • Assisting in the certification of the Compliance Management System

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • You will have above-average results in your completed higher education studies in Law (ideally focusing on commercial law), Business Management or similar
  • A minimum of three years relevant business experience in Compliance within an international company, consultancy or law firm
  • Experience in auditing / certifying Compliance Management Systems and / or administration of e-Learning platforms
  • Experience in negotiating complex legal issues
  • Willingness to undertake responsibility, even when dealing with critical issues
  • High level thinking in a business, analytical and problem-solving manner, together with excellent social and communication skills
  • Evidence of intercultural competence achieved through time spent abroad
  • Outstanding team player, self-motivated with the ability to carry out cross-functional collaboration and work flexibly in a dynamic working environment
  • Professional working proficiency in German and English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
  • Proficient using MS-Office
  • Willing to travel nationally and internationally
