We are looking to fill the following vacancy within the Corporate HumanResources Department at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main (Airport/GatewayGardens):

Global HR Business Partner CTO Organization (w/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independently advising and assisting people in several roles reporting directly to the CTO on all HR matters.
  • Acting as a sparring partner for the manager in leadership matters and strategic HR issues.
  • Systematically developing talented assets, filling key positions, and maintaining a stable succession plan within your areas of responsibility.
  • Contributing change management measures as a way of supporting processes of change within the organization.
  • Working effectively with international stakeholders and establishing a tight-knit partnership network both internally and externally.
  • Helping to organize overarching HR initiatives and rolling them out within your areas of responsibility.
  • Coordinating the global HR processes and HR Reporting for your areas of responsibility and carrying them out. Supporting the relevant department in further designing the global HR IT-System.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • You have several years of general professional experience in HR-based roles
  • You have extensive expertise when it comes to working methods, which you have ideally gained within central and operational departments at industrial enterprises.
  • You are used to taking a leadership role for transformation processes within organizations.
  • You communicate confidently with different target groups at all levels and work well within complex matrix structures.
  • You have a relevant degree or equivalent training behind you.
  • You are business fluent in English and have previous experience working in an intercultural environment. You are willing to travel nationally and internationally owing to the wide spread of the company.
  • Sound experience with HR-IT systems (e.g. Workday) is an advantage
