KION GROUP AG successfully places new shares in the amount of 10 per cent of the share capital at EUR 46.44 per share Wiesbaden - KION GROUP AG today successfully completed the capital increase from authorized capital under exclusion of shareholders' subscription rights, which had been resolved upon and announced earlier today. The 9,890,000 new shares were successfully placed at a price of EUR 46.44 each. 5,934,000 new shares, corresponding to 60 per cent of the new shares, will be acquired by Weichai Power. The total gross proceeds from the capital increase amount to EUR 459.3 million.
