FMR LLC, Boston, USA, has informed us according to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on July 15, 2015 its share in the voting rights of KION GROUP AG exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights and on that day amounted to 3.00004% (this corresponds to 2,967,038 voting rights). Of this, 3.00004% (2,967,038 voting rights) were attributed to FMR LLC according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with Section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG. 2. Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, USA, has informed us according to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on July 15, 2015 its share in the voting rights of KION GROUP AG exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights and on that day amounted to 3.00004% (this corresponds to 2,967,038 voting rights). Of this, 3.00004% (2,967,038 voting rights) were attributed to Fidelity Management & Research Company according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
