Senior Manager HR Development (f/m/d)
We are looking to fill the following vacancy at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main (airport/Gateway Gardens) as soon as possible
Your responsibilities will be to:
Take the lead, particularly on strategic topics, within the personnel and organisational development department
Design, introduce and implement the processes, tools and programms defined as part of the HR roadmap in relation to talent and succession management, performance management and leadership development
Develop, implement and monitor a change management process and adoption of relevant projects
Advise managers and make an essential contribution to development of the management culture
Improve the positioning and image of the company as an attractive employer (employer branding)
Our requirements:
Degree in economics, psychology or a comparable subject and extensive experience with the entire field of modern talent management in an industrial environment
Very good knowledge with personnel and organisational development (change management)
Fluent in English; other foreign language skills are desirable
Strong analytical, conceptual and communicative skills with a strategic focus
Ability to assert oneself with a good level of charisma, empathy and diplomacy
