I am excited about collaborating with different groups of people from all areas and all parts of the world, who bring their various perspectives. We work closely with management, the decision-making channels are direct and I feel close to the action. Every day brings new insights. What I find particularly appealing is that I can take on responsibility, shape my own contribution and learn a lot in every project phase.
