What is the Linde RoCaP?
The Linde RoCaP is an innovative system for automated order picking in warehouses. It is based on the Linde L-MATIC HD k automated high-lift pallet truck and additionally features an intelligent robotic arm that lifts packages from the shelves and places them on the pallet rack. It can operate alongside manually operated forklifts.
What is the Linde E-MATIC?
The Linde E-MATIC is Linde MH's first automated counterbalance forklift truck designed for outdoor use and is scheduled for market launch in 2027. Equipped with a lifting capacity of 2.3 tons, a lithium-ion battery, and comprehensive navigation and safety technology, it will initially handle horizontal transport.
What are Digital Twins (with NVIDIA AI)?
Digital Twins are virtual representations of factories or warehouses created using NVIDIA Omniverse and MEGA. They enable real-time monitoring, simulation, and optimization of logistics processes by mirroring physical AGV fleet managers and AGVs. High-resolution 360° images and 3D scans of the environment are used to visualize precise distances and ground slopes, facilitating planning.
What is MATIC:move?
MATIC:move is software introduced with the new automated Linde vehicle models to make automation faster and more cost-effective. Simple processes with up to five vehicles of the same type can be implemented quickly. The more powerful version, MATIC:move+, is designed for fleets of up to 70 vehicles and offers additional features such as battery management and traffic control.
What are red warning lights?
Red warning lights are special lighting solutions mounted on the right and left sides of Linde MH automated vehicles. They are part of Linde MH's comprehensive safety expertise, designed to protect people, goods, machinery, and infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of both manual and automated processes.
