Weilbach (Germany)

The Weilbach (Germany) plant, with a production volume of around 50,000 tons per year, produces counterweights for the KION forklift brands using the "no-bake process" with a semi-automatic molding line. Using automated processes, 180 counterweights per day are produced here in Weilbach. In 2022, the foundry will celebrate its 200th anniversary.

In addition to Weilbach, other counterweights for the KION Group's forklift brands are manufactured in Dinklage in Lower Saxony.
